Amber Goldsmith, a familiar face in the South Burnett region as a talented singer-songwriter took a bold leap, leaving her corporate job to chase her dream... opening her own boutique gift shop, Whimsee & Wonder.
With a beautiful vision and a strong connection to the community, Amber needed support in launching her store and creating a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online.
To support Amber’s new chapter, we focused on two key areas:
Firstly, Social Media Marketing was where we worked together to create buzz and build anticipation for the store’s grand opening. Through intentional, on-brand content, we shared important information about the store, highlighted products, and connected with her audience to drive excitement and awareness.
Next Willow & Pine Studios worked to build and launch Whimsee and Wonders Online Store.
For the e-commerce side, we launched an online store through Square — the perfect solution for Amber at this stage of her business. Square allowed her to sync inventory between her physical shop and online store ensuring accurate stock levels in real-time.
With a strong launch strategy and smart online setup, Whimsee & Wonder is operating with excitement and support from the local community.
The addition of an online store has given Amber the flexibility to sell beyond the physical space while maintaining control over her stock which is a key win for a new business owner.
